There is no cost associated with submitting a proposal.

Artists may propose one artwork only and must submit their proposal via the online Artist Proposal Form (link below) by 30 June 2019.

Proposed artwork should be the original work of the Artist and not infringe copyright.

The selection of artworks for exhibition will be made by the Curator with reference to the key exhibition questions and themes, the quality of the work and its place within the Artist's creative practice, and with respect to the Gallery space and rationale. The Curator's decision will be final.

All Artists will be notified of the application outcome by 5 July 2019, and Artists whose proposals are successful will be required to accept their invitation to exhibit by the date specified in the invitation.

The Gallery will not be responsible for sales but, in the case that an artwork is for sale, interested parties will be referred directly to the Artist.

Artwork remains the property of the Artist.

The Curator and Gallery will exercise all due care in the handling and protection of artworks during installation, exhibition and de-installation periods.

Each exhibiting Artist is responsible for obtaining insurance to cover their artwork during installation, exhibition and de-installation periods.

All transport costs associated with artwork delivery are the responsibility of the Artist.

Exhibiting Artists will be encouraged to participate in the exhibition program and invigilate the space on at least one occasion during opening hours of the exhibition.
